Escrow Services

LSI works with each lender to provide the services that meet their specific needs.  Escrow services with LSI may include any or all of the following functions:   

• Review of preliminary report/commitment
• Clearance of preliminary title report/commitment or other title products
• Preparation of estimated HUD-1
• Review of and ordering insurance
• Preparation of escrow instructions
• Review of loan documents
• Scheduling of loan signing date, place, and time
• Validation of all parties’ identities
• Witness execution
• Acknowledgment of documents
• Funding and disbursement of escrowed funds
• Scanning of signed loan documents
• Review for recordability
• Filing of mortgage
