In order to provide the most accurate premium please be sure all of the data fields are accurate and complete. The
Calculator uses Standard/Base Rate Tables when calculating the Title Insurance
Premium using the information supplied by the user and does not include the
premium for additional endorsements, if any, requested by the lender. The
borrower may qualify for additional or different rate discounts based upon
other factors. Contact your sales representative for more information. Neither
the base rate nor the reduced rate contain other settlement charges, including,
without limitation, escrow fees, mortgage tax fees, or recording charges,
which amounts are separately charged.
